She has no problem standing up against a Yonko and even has no problem insulting her own Captain.

So far it has just been just talk i think going after Komachiyo and young child like Tama when Big Mom that demolished her brother was standing right in front of her seems a bit sus.
Maybe Komachiyo running away gave her a excuse ignore Big Mom because Ulti realizes she would be in the same state as her brother

Agree 100%. Ulti is a great female character. She is funny, entertaining and strong-willed. Its remarkable that 2 dynamic female characters were introduced in the same arc ( ulti and yamato).

After how Oda handled someone like Smoothie, I was surprised that he handled Ulti very well during the Wano arc.

He can handle character's fine, if he actually focuses on them and their own stories but if their not the focus he's complete shit at it.

Is Ulti one of the best female characters introduced post timeskip? And the answer to that is yes.

She has a cute looking design.

She has a fun personality.

She has no problem standing up against a Yonko and even has no problem insulting her own Captain.

She is a strong fighter.

She has a really cool hybrid form.

She has a fun sibling interaction with Page One.

She will make sure to defeat her enemies.

And unlike another female villain, she doesn't ask for help when dealing with enemies.

So as you can see Ulti is not only one of the best Beasts Pirate members, but she is also one of the best female characters introduced post timeskip.
