Why Won't The 3rd World Be Destroyed? What Changes for Nika?

Something changes for Nika. He failed in the last two worlds, and they were destroyed, but something will change this time. What is it?

My personal thought is that it has something to do with the Grand Fleet that Luffy has, now. I am not sure if Roger had made friends all over the sea like Luffy did.

It most likely feels past Nika also had the same ability. So no this is unlikely the answer.

And this thread opens a real good question because Roger was only too early because previous Nika set up everything to happen in the right now time. But then why the same Nika failed? It feels like current Nika will only have a new shot of what previous one failed to do. But why would he succeed now?

My best bet is that previous Nika didn't had the world strongest aka Zoro with him. Zoro is not there yet but will be at right time.

And also that most likely dragon egg at Roger ship.
