Questions & Mysteries Why Zoro and Sanji can still get CoC (Specialist vs. User)

Naratively I don't see it personally, advanced CoC will be fleshed out in the next arc probably so not really much time for Luffy to learn it and then apply it in the final war after, I don't see Zoro/Sanji getting it as they would NOT be getting the advanced version at the same time as Luffy (if at all) and so it would be limited to fodder control.
Rayleigh only needed it to teach Luffy, the rest of the time it has been used as a hypetool for Luffy's enemies. I don't believe Mihawk has it, and I believe that is a main reason why Yonko shanks is stronger than Mihawk overall, despite not having "permenant black blade" level swordsmanship applied haki as only Mihawk and Ryuma have had so far, so if Zoro got advanced CoC, it would be weird and verge on unfair to Mihawk.
Of course these are all my opinions, not canon.
