I don't agree with that notion.. the fundamentals of DJ have been laid infront of us.. and that is his emotions and spirit affect his fire.. and that he doesn't need friction to summon for fire he can use his will and spirit to manifest it to.. what is known about the drug is that it nullifies any changes Judge made to sanji.. thats is also why he isn't emotionless and armored like his other siblings... if you think about it King also uses the fire element and it is also influenced by his emotions.. now we definitively can't come to the conclusion that King was drugged but we can conclude that he can Manifest fire and amplify it with his emotions like sanji does
Exactly, for me it's just enhancement haki. CoA doesn't only improve physical abilities by coating the user's body.
I think it can also create elemental effects such as flames, lightning or maybe snow which can be used to increase drastically power damage, speed and defense.
So Sanji has always used enhancement haki to coat his legs with fire.
Plus, emotions strengthen one's will. So it's no wonder that his flames appear so strong to the point that his entire body is coated by it.

Nah, especially hypocrisy you guys say no 'weak wills' will have COC and yet your putting Usopp who been stated to have weak-will when he doesn't want to get confrontable with enemies most of the time lol.
Zoro, Sanji, Jimbei (Still deciding on him), and maybe Usopp can have COC. If Strawhats Pirates will be top tier crew, there be mutiple ones, not just with Zoro.

There's 0 chance of Usopp getting CoC. He will always be the weakest Straw Hat by Oda's own words. CoC users have iron wills, something that Usopp will never have, because it will be out of character for him. He is a gag relief character.
