Controversial Why Zoro's senzu beans sucks

Even if Oda is adding a drawback, since he always make protagonists having drawbacks meanwhile villains for whatever reason have none, they still suck narratively.

For example, Zoro is a well known tank. We saw that when he faced Mihawk and later Arlong praised how he could even stand up with a scar like that. Later with Kuma "nothing happened" most infamous scene. And then at roof piece blocking Hakai, a combined CoC coating attack from 2 Yonko.

I will even say that at Wano made sense to have such pill because we saw he really gave his all on that rooftop and had 30 broken bones but he still needed to fight King.

But now? Even if you wanna say that a fresh Zoro took one Omen in the face by Imu and that made him in worst condition that he was against Kaido, and we talking a much stronger version of Zoro, at least have the fucking panels showing/telling that. We didn't even had that.

As powerful that attack might be a fresh Zoro wouldn't be out of combat just by that.

Or perhaps he just caring them to heal someone? Or saving for later?

When was he in a worse condition than after hakai where he was randomly spitting blood by doing attacks. What are you talking about

People confusing Usopp’s and Zoro’s roles just to defend Odalf’s shit writing
Usopp's appeal is that he's weak. He is a development of the archetype made famous by Kuririn, who was marginally useful in plots but an ant compared to the main Z fighters.

This is not the same as Zoro, who could be compared to Vegeta as the latter didn't have the SSJ3 that set the others apart from him

It would be nice to see Zoro eat another Senzu bean this arc just to see him face Death again so that we finally can understand what that was all about. But that is probably reserved for a deserving opponent like an Admiral, Shiryu, Ben Beckman or whatever. Not to be wasted on Super Sommers.

Hopefully. I'd rather him explaining the death thing without needing a pill.
