I believe Imu will be the strongest of them all, requiring Luffy and Dragon to have to fight together.

As for Teach, I'm not sure because I believe that with his power he will nullify Luffy's Nika, so Luffy's victory will only be due to his skill with haki.

It's curious to think that only with Haki Luffy will defeat someone stronger than Kaido, but with 2 or even 3 devil fruits the possibility exists.

So I really don't know what to think about Teach's power.

either luffy loses his fruit and becomes an awakened human(implied by both big mom and kaido to be a thing) or that both the black beard fight and the akainu fight will have different tones. this is a fight for someone, the akainu fight 100% personal emotional hard on him, he might be reckless and akainue WILL not let luffy stand up 3 times like kaido has done the fight is a 1 round fight to the death.
Blackbeard will be like a god fighting a god and might be a team fight between (maybe sabo and coby are there) luffy sanji and zoro and maybe law.

EOS Teach is 100% guaranteed to be stronger than Kaido. Imu could have potential if Oda decided to make him/her the final villain. Akainu is a 50/50.
