If you believe If Akainu has 5B bounty means he is Roger / Primebeard Equal , you're setting yourself up for disappointment.

Wait till Kuzan Bounty comes , ±100~200 M , is what Akainu Actual bounty should be power scaling wise.
5B of Fleet admiral is commanding title not Strength Title.
Put Coby on the stand and even he would have 5 B bounty.
