and Akainu being the highest ranking marine, it's logical his bounty uses up all 5 spaces with the highest symbol (👑) and get the maximum possible bounty = 5👑


The bounty system is the same as Dressrosa's.
Despite Admirals having 3👑 it doesn't mean that the next highest has to be 4👑

Oda can jump from 3 to 5 symbols no problem
