in New Worlrd, haki is something really common, many normal pirates have it. In yonko's crew most of them can use it like a kid's toy. While SH' menber have only 4 members have it (include jinbei, or maybe upsop). It is really hard for them to fight a against other comanders such as tobi roppo. Do you guys think nami, chooper, robin .... can use bososhoki haki @@

They can learn or awaken it just like Usopp did back at Deressrosa. It's not really been shown as something that's incredibly hard to learn if literal fodders can use it.
Straw hats will not be fodder. They're the crew of the Future King. Honestly would be the biggest troll of the century if they don't all at least possess one form of haki.

I think all of the SH’s bar Nami and Usopp, for the moment, should have both kinds of Haki.
Chopper- Tricky for the moment because Chopper is mainly a brawler. I would assume CoA, but I feel like CoO can help him as a Doctor. Can animals use Haki?
Robin-CoO to dodge attacks, could aid her in espionage and long range attacks. CoA would greatly boost her offensive capabilities against tougher opponents.
Franky- We haven’t seen much of Franky post time-skip in terms of fights. It looks like he’s being set up to use General Franky more often. But if he returns to his old brawler style I could see him using CoA to augment his already hard cyborg exterior to toughen his punches and defensive capabilities. CoA to coat his back would serve to curve his vulnerability at his back. CoO would also serve this purpose, but IDK if Franky is capable of CoO.
Brook- I could see Brook having both CoO and CoA because as a swordsman it could aid him in combat until we see more of his DF capabilities. A Brook clad in CoA from head to toe would be awesome to see, would also serve to curve injuries.
