Usopp is too much of coward to have CoC. He will be wasted potential if oda makes him one its not like he will fight powerful opponents eitherway. He will likely become proficient in observation haki and might gain FS.

I prefer sanji since his eos fight will be against admiral level he might need it.

If both sanji and usopp end up getting it i low key hope nami will too just to finish off the east blue crew. Petty reasoning but i just think itd be lame if everyone else but her had it

Luffy wants to be the PK, wants to defeat the Yonko, defeated rulers, has another secret key goal, can turn people around him into his allies, seen as a deity-ish person...
Zoro wants to be the WSS, uses Oden's sword, will be seen as a deity-ish person after ZKK...
Yamato is mimicking Oden, seen as a deity-ish person...

Usopp wants to be a brave warrior even though he's a coward, claims to be the King of Snipers, claims that he's a CoC user, claims to be a captain of a large fleet, seen as a deity-ish person...

Nobody else in the crew aside those 4 have the qualities required for CoC...

Hello Everyone, I created an account just for this thread after years of lurking around.

I think everyone keeps bringing up Roger pirates as the ultimate crew that had the most COC haki users and comparing them with the strawhat pirates. To me that's not entirely true, the strawhat pirates will surpass Roger pirates and probably be on the same footing with another pirate group everyone keeps forgetting.

The Rocks pirates, out of the bat we have 3 confirmed COC haki users in that crew(Whitebeard, Big mom and Kaido), now include Rocks(The captain) that's 4, now other pirates like captain John, Silver axe, Golden lion shiki etc I'm sure one of them too has COC haki .

That's at least 5 COC users on the Rocks pirates, a pirate group that was getting ready to take own the world government and become king of the world but never succeeded. The strawhat pirates are going to do that even though it's not there goal but they will and they will succeed, so because of that I will say minimum of COC haki users would be 4, it could end up being more that.

Just my opinion.

What about this? 🤔

Yamato has the fruit of Wano's guardian animal.

Wano is a key place in Sengoku's words and no longer has Ryuma or Oden to protect, we've seen that current samurai are irrelevant in strength.

At the end of the saga Luffy will tell her to protect Wano and Yamato will join the great fleet only.

Yamato may not join but Sanji and Usopp will both awaken CoC
No, they won't.

Even if they talk about ambition (or the lack of it, as in the case of Newgate and Yamato), everyone knows that Coc is solely and exclusively related to strength.

Sanji and Usopp are not characters in this category. They won't make it to the top in anything related to strength, that's for Luffy and Zoro and that was always clear.

At the beginning of the manga, Oda made this separation in the red databook, he did it again when Zoro and Luffy became Supernovas and more recently when they faced the yonkou.

Sanji is strong, very strong, he will always be the strongest third of the crew, no matter who joins, but he will never make it to the top as one of the strongest. He will likely never defeat an admiral and the chances of awakening the Coc are less than Yamato's slim chances of joining the crew.

… I didn’t know Qinjao and Katakuri or child Ace are the epitome of strength in your eyes.

:seriously:
