Why didn't Law's equal or superior depending on who you ask do something against Benny? As far as we know Kidd was 1 tapped by the top 2 RHP.

Shanks´s crew has been mentioned to be pretty strong overall, with Beckman, Yasopp and the fat guy I think all being major pirates in their own right, so I assume they will be pretty strong, with Beckman being a top tier himself.
Will he deliver? I think so. The RHP have been shown to take no prisoners, with Yasopp destroying Bart´s ship without taking orders from his captain. The RHP will probably be the realest pirate crew we see aside from the BBP

Being famous is not equal to being strong and a top tier.
It simply doesn't matter, they're still commanders. And Commanders are fodder to Top Tiers.
