It's not just my interpretation, it's literally what shown to us in the Manga.

yeah it shows greenbull apprehending two injured calamities.

It doesn't matter if king and queen were healthy,

it does because context matter in any fictional story in order for it to make sense.

GB already stated "mere commanders" aren't a match for him.
