Speculations Will Blackbeard have allies in addition to his crew?

Luffy's greatest skill is his ability to get unexpected allies. Blackbeard, being his dark reflection, has a similar ability, as we saw when he recruited such powerful and unbalanced people as Shiryu and the level 6 prisoners and convinced them to work for him. So, do you think he will get other allies, like former villains of the series (Doflamingo, Moria, Caesar, Enel, etc.) or will nobody else join him?

I wouldn’t be surprised to see characters like Doflamingo, Caesar or Enel allied with him for their own interest. I think others like Buggy, Crocodile or even Moria would choose Luffy's side first. What do you think?

We know he has allies/subs... Isn't that Pinkbeard Pirates one of the subs, and Aokiji is one of the allies?

I think he has more allies and subs which eventually won't matter that much... Look at BM and Kaido allies and subs, only a few got introduced especially the former...

I think he has more allies and subs which eventually won't matter that much... Look at BM and Kaido allies and subs, only a few got introduced especially the former...

Yes, I imagine there are other minor pirates like Pinkbeard who work for him. What I was referring to is notorious pirates or former villains of the series. I haven't mentioned Aokiji because since the introduction of Sword, he's most likely an insider.

Oda has been setting up former villains as non-threats to Luffy ever since and some of them even teamed up to Luffy... So I don't think even the likes of Morgan, Kuro, Krieg/Gin, Croc, Foxy or Caesar will team up with BB without any hidden agenda that can eventually be favorable to Luffy...

Also, among the final Shichibukai roster, I don't see anyone of them allying with BB:

• Mihawk is a direct rival and "ally" to Shanks
• Buggy, being very cautious to BB since then, will most likely avoid BB; and BB hates weaklings; that aside from the reasons above
• Hancock, nuff said
• Weevil wants to avenge WB
• Kuma, now a CD slave and a former RA

So I guess we'll see more underworld figures and ID escapees (mostly lost to his ID recruits during his liberation of L6 prisoners) as BB allies instead...

Each of his crews have their own pirate crew under them. Not to mention the others that use his symbol like pink beard.

Yeah, I don't see villains like Kuro or Krieg working with BB, they are too weak. I don't see Crocodile working with someone like BB either, he would reject an alliance like he did with Doffy in MF. Buggy is afraid of him and I don't think he is so evil as to ally with him (personally I think that at this moment, with the Marines trying to capture him, he will ally with Shanks). Caesar could ally with him for his own interest, but I don't doubt that he would try to betray him (it wouldn't be the first time). Moria will probably work for him until he can betray him. The rest of Shichibukai are either allies of Luffy or hate Teach.

The only one I would see capable of allying with BB is Doflamingo (if he escaped from ID). We know that BB is looking for powerful members for his crew, like when he asked Ace or Moria, and Doflamingo would be a formidable ally. I'm not saying that he would become a subordinate of him, but rather an ally. After all, Doffy wants to see the world burn and what better way than to ally himself with someone as despicable as Teach.

I can foresee him gathering allies from all over the seas, but particularly the new world, specially from the territories he conquered in his recent yonko history and will eventually conquer prior final war.
