Anyway, i agree what Garp said. If Blackbeard is gonna take anyone's devil fruit this arc, it would be Kaido's, if that even happens.

As long as that hasn't been stated already, it'd ultimately be up to Oda to determine what the strongest zoan is. Personally doubt it is Sengoku's. I don't think we've seen enough to rank it as the strongest zoan, right now Kaido's and Marco's look way more impressive. Regardless, what I thought was interesting about the excerpt was the fact that the Qilin apparently ranks higher than the Dragon and the Phoenix so as far as the animal type zoans are concerned at the very least, it could potentially be the strongest of the lot and is the strongest we have in the arc atm in the case that Yamato does turn out to be a Qilin.
