Speculations Will BM fight along Kaido or will she be told by Hajrudin that she ate Carmel?

Well it seems that alliance is going to take not only on Kaido but on BM as well since she is there and in alliance with Kaido , it seems unreasonable for the forces there , only Luffy has the power to take seriosly on a Yonko right now , but considering the plot and BM illusion that she will see Carmel someday and not knowing that she ate her , but the giants and Streusen are the only ones who know that , and there are the 5 giants who are in the new world and in alliance with Luffy , they are prideful people and they know that BM is after Luffy in Wano , i see them coming to Wano as well. and see BM recognize them , and have some conversation . what if they told her about what she did? i imagine that would much worse for her than destroying the portrait , so she would be either easily taken down or she would not able to fight.

Hajrudin would most certainely try to attack BM without a talk, at most he would yell at her for killing Jorl and MC but I don't think that BM would believe any word from his mouth.
Only Gerth, Streusen or Pudding with her df might be capable of making BM realize the truth about Carmel's disappearance.
As for Kaido and BM fighting it's possible but not at Onigashima.

Honestly, Big Mom seems so psychologically damaged that learning she ate Carmel should be enough to not only knock her out entirely, but make her extremely penitent when she wakes up and comes to terms with the whole situation. If Oda really wants to turn her into one of Luffy’s allies like the Udon rescue supposedly foreshadows, that’s one way to do it without it being complete nonsense.

The irony would be that she turns out into the nice old woman that Lola thought she would be towards the Straw Hats and that Luffy imagined her to be at the beggining of FI arc. Given the ridiculous ways Oda has been using her to avoid that she exterminates the Straw Hats and their allies, I wouldn't be surprised if something like this happen.

Again, this would make more sense in conclusion than most of the things she’s done (or had done to her) to this point.

I don’t know...even during Udon when she lost her personality, she was throwing a YC2 around like a rag doll just because there wasn’t any shiruko to eat. She can still hold her own AND be a massive threat without being a psychopath.

Well if she does really turn into a better person, I dare not imagine how much of a cataclysm she would be if someone hurt or tried to hurt her children. This time she would go into real Mama Bear mode.

I am still thinking about the meaning of the last question of Katakuri , he seems really want Luffy to take him Mom down , so more than that Luffy said in Zoo at the end they would be his subordinates . i think that is gonna be true and WCI would be Luffy's territory and the BMPs are gonna be part of the grand fleet. that is Luffy's power which Mihawk refered to being the most dangerous ability out there.
