Kiku's cuts will haunt you in the afterlife, while Brook's cuts calls upon the chills from the underworld. So in essence, Brook calls upons the slashes of those Kiku has killed. Yohohohoho!

Im still confused if thats an actual ability of Kiku's sword or just flashy swordsman talk. I'd like to think it's more and would like Oda to explore these things in more depth.
