Powers & Abilities Will Chopper Unlock permanent MP

Now that he's fighting against Queen. Do you think Chopper will be forced to surpass his own limits to unlock permanent MP?

Imagine how much of a Powerup that would be, imagine if he could also combine it with other points

Do you think Oda will give Chopper such a powerup?

He needs to be consistent.

Not enough transpired to firmly claim he is even above average F6 level. We shall see however.

I think at some point he will be able to shift between all stages for an amount of time with just one rumble ball or even without them. So he will fight fast switching between modes and get the advantage.
