Kaido wasn't even top tier at the time.
Not sure how strong Whitebeard, Shiki, Big Mom were but Straw hats is the most important crew in history and is meant to be strongest ever.

Luffy and Zoro are like two guys who would surpass Roger and Whitebeard in their primes. That already puts Straw hats ceiling above anyone from Rox.

EoS Sanji might be stronger than at least Shiki from 38 years ago and EoS Jinbei might be stronger than Big Mom from 38 years ago.

If Yamato joins, she should at least be as strong as Apprentice Kaido.

Reality is no matter what the Rox was, Straw hat crew is end all be all crew. Story is driven by the straw hat crew, and it is more imparative that the crew becomes strongest in history than it is that either Luffy or Zoro becomes individually strongest in history (I think both would).

I divide it into 2 scenarios

1. If Yamato joins the strawhat
In this scenario, imo:
Luffy : Top Tier (No much to say)
Zoro : Top Tier, he's destined to surpass both Shanks and Mihawk according to databook
Yamato : Top Tier, the reason is mainly because of his innate nature, he's the daughter of the currently strongest creature, and he's still young and is pretty damn strong, i expect much from her
Sanji : I'm not sure about him, but imo he will be the strongest non top tier or the weakest top tier
Jinbe : Imo he will be YC1
Franky, Brook, and possibly Robin if she unlocks Armament haki : YC 3
the rest: YC4 in average

2. If yamato doesnt join the strawhat
The same, but with yamato out of the list

I can totally see even Nami standing on top YC level assuming she gets her homies back. The only one who should be left behind is Chopper I imagine, unless he learns haki which should actually happen.

Imo no Strawhat will be less strong than the likes of Cracker by the end of the series.
