Powers & Abilities Will Haki blast be a thing?

That would be a leap based on what we've seen

The only truly offensive application of CoC that we know of is ACoC coating

Observation Killing is a great ability that makes sense if you think about how haki is directly tied to willpower (CoC weakens the enemies resolve thereby "killing" their observation)

Haki blasts on the other hand? Fuck that

It would probably be cool visually but it would still be pretty dumb
