Most likely yes. Now that momoron has aged up, luffy is going to rooftop for kaido. Zoro and sanji are engaging king and queen, that leaves jinbe for jack but will it be an impressive feat for jinbe to take on a near dead jack? (assuming jack defeats inu).
Imo inu beats jack and this shit show gets over with.

Jack had the upperhand against Inu, you can see Inu on his knee and huffing while Jack attacking and even pointing out that he was getting tired from the battle. I can see the anime point this scene even more out, with showing that Jack hybrid form was stronger then Inu.

I assume that hybrid Jack can little tango with Sulong Inu until he needing his awakening to win this battle.
Overall how I see the scaling:
Awakening Jack>SulongInu>HybridJack=>Base Jack=Inuarashi.

Nothing implies that Jack is awakening. We only saw "fails" awakening of Zoan users so far. I believe Chopper is one medical succeed awakening Zoan user.
But Sulong Inu will beat him. Hybrid Jack is a joke.

Even if you come up with "Oh, Inu and Neku took turns so they had rest!", that still guarantees that they can keep up with Jack for at least half a day.

Lots of people were saying he didn't use his hybrid during Zou because we didn't see it on panel, and using that to justify Jack being superior to the dukes. Lol of course he fucking used it. He's also been using it against Inu for a while as we saw, and couldn't take him down. If Jack had anything else up his sleeve, he wouldn't have resorted to using that poison gas.

How so? from what we have seen all the retainers are commander level so having Inuarashi one of the strongest 9RS beat a YC3 is pretty much a given
