Zoro needs to put his pride aside for the sake of the crew. He needs to learn to ask for help and accept teamwork. He refused Luffys help earlier, and that's why he's in this mess now.
To be fair, yes, there is no honor amongst pirates as Luffy himself stated when Flampe helped Katakuri. Kaido would never have lost if he hadn't have fought 15 strong people one after another. Garp, Whitebeard likewise. SHP should employ same tactics as Blackbeard pirates, gang up and get it done easily.

On the other hand in order to grow stronger SHP need the 1 v 1 to develop at a faster rate.

Anyone who genuinely believes that Jimbei will actually help Zoro against Lucci has either watched OP with their eyes closed or just skipped straight to Egghead without reading the other 1000+ chapters. Oda loved Zoro and he knows that he's the most popular character behind the main character. He'd be shooting himself in the foot.

This is the worst thing I’ve ever fucking read

for no other reason than WE DIDNT SEE THE FIGHT… we are being told that Zoro needs help yet we have not actually been shown the fight to access that

like we haven’t seen Lucci tank even a named attack of any kind and suddenly the story is just saying Zoro can’t do shit to him?

Would be surprised if he does. The way I see it, the more Lucci trash talks Zoro, the more likely it is for the fight to conclude in a way that distinctly portrays Zoro as the superior fighter with a clear (but obviously not massive) gap between him and Lucci. That's just the way I see the narrative going...

This has already been shown to be a fight with some level of legitimate difficulty for Zoro considering his exhaustion and just how long its been going on. I just hope it doesn't end with a single Zoro blitz next time we see it. We need some fully illustrated on panel back and forth to justify and contextualize the length and apparent intensity of the off panel struggle. Not to mention how a rushed ending would rob us of what sounds like a cool matchup to see choreographed...
