We have Zero idea what Zeff would do in those situations, so we can't say Zeff would allow it eventually when we have not seen it
Let's say you're right, then in my POV it's still not right. Also, i apologize if my wordings before seem as if i force my stance to others on the matter, i just pointed out my stance, and my stance is, i repeat, there should be a limit on how should one respect others cultures, of course i wont force my stance if and only if it doesnt cause physical harm, but at least in my heart, i deeply condemn such act

I know, i respect the idea of his keeping the wishes of someone sanji loves the most, but come on there is a limit to that, do you really think Zeff will be proud of Sanji knowing sanji let his whole crew die because of his idealism? And what makes it worse is the fact that Sanji will be angry if someone of his crew hitting woman even if it is intended to save the crew, like come on man lol

Read my above statement, and of course we should respect others cultures, but there's a limit to that, like can you justify canibalism despite it being a culture somewhere? i really respect his idea of him not wanting to hit woman, but there should be a limit
We're not talking about cannabilism though... we are talking about a subject that's widespread in many cultures and seen as idealistic in some sense

Cannabilism is something that is viewed MOSTLY as a bad thing, not chivalrous or humane...

This is like you are trying to break a barrier between humane morality things and an action of ruthlessness that has no morality or codes just to say being different is ok, which is a bad way to twist my thinking Lol

And i didnt compare canibalism with Sanji's idealism, i just used canibalism as an example that there should be a limit on how should one respect others, and of course that limit is up to everyone's perspective

Now it's about cannibalism?
Relax guys.

Again:
Hitting people of ANY gender in a domestic or civilian environment is inacceptable.

But in a battle/war situation it is necessary to fight an enemy.

It's really okay man, we differ in opinion because our society and upbringing shape who we are...

Yes, it is better(especially in this case) by the simple fact that we see the character for what he is doing, an overall view. Zeff only sees a snapshot of Sanji.

And don't bring extreme examples in a conversation which we are unlikely to encounter in a discussion between two average joes on the internet, It makes your argument even weaker.

It's all fine and dandy to follow someone's wishes. But just as important in a story is how they are being executed, And in the case of Sanji poorly I will say.
Answer me one question, are there people nowadays in real life who have the same code of not hitting woman or not? answer honestly
