If he partakes, it will probably be due to either Killer or Law forcing him to.
For sure not by his own decision.
In that case I don't think he'll cause trouble, unless headbanging with Luffy is considered trouble for a party.
Could also be that he regroups his crew and straight up sails away.
Maybe with the copy of a new Road Poneglyph

I guess he will, mostly because he wants his people to celebrate their win too.
Killer will have some talk with Nami about the treasure-splitting, Kid will keep his rivalery with Luffy at the party, but i guess he stays.
I also thinks that is the place were some beast pirates will talk to him to join.

Kid's crew seems like a lot of fun people, based on how they embraced Killer's laugh and supported Kid and Killer through the Raid. I bet Kid grumbles about it, but Killer and the crew convince him to join in.
Same thing with Law, Bepo will drag him into partying with the Minks, so he can introduce them to each other.
There will be a moment of weirdness with the Wano people being racist towards the Minks (like with Inu, Neku, and Kawamatsu), IMO, but Momo will probably shut that down.
