What does he even need it for?
40+ years of existence, peaked as a Warlord of the Sea and he's gonna unlock it now suddenly? Just don't see it happening.

I really like killer. Pretty sure he does all the leading while kid is bullshitting around. However he lacks the feat of being batshit crazy. Don't know how to describe it further.

If Killer doesn't have CoC then Kidd is the weakest conqueror in the story. A non conqueror being partner of a conqueror makes no sense.

He should have CoC, not necessarily Coating.

Future Sight is the Adv. form of Haki I think he has more chances to develop tho.

Armament Coating is not useful for him.

yeah, but they were still both gang leaders (not subservient to kid or killer, they just straight up controlled their own gangs), so i dont think the whole gang thing means much
