The "running" mentioned happened at the end of Wano. Don't read it: Nothing more happened there jsut a few punches here and there ... a disease ... more running and then suddenly Kaido was defeated - end.

I wouldn't be surprised if the moment the SHP were about to board the Sunny, Kizaru arrives.

I think the better question would be "Will Kizaru make his move on Egghead this year".

Him arriving on Egghead means shit. Oda will show you that he arrived and you won't see him for the next few months too
