With Luffy vs Saturn, we have seen that G5 is so powerful that Luffy can literally punch holes through people.

With that being the case and the fact that Luffy already has a confirmed kill(Kaido) for the time being, I think there’s a real chance Luffy could end Akainu in a way not too different from how Akainu ended Ace.

He was pulverizing Kaido through his scales and his horns are stronger than the scales as basic animal physiology dictates. It's not harder to break through Kaido's skin than it is to break his bones.

Fascinating how the only person ripped apart by Luffy is the regenerator who gets torn apart by everything, from falling rubble to Nami’s lightning.
