Based of chapter 1000, we have a 5vs2 fight WorstGen vs Kaido and BM

The usual script has been Zoro and Sanji fight 2nd and 3rd strongest

But after seeing this will Oda Flip the script and keep the 5v2 worstgen vs Kaido and BM or will we end up seeing the usual script later on during the war

I don't think he's trying anything, it's just you who's too obsessed with this debate. Literally 90% of your content is you telling someone to stop trying to group Zoro with Sanji, now you're doing it even with a Zoro fan that doesn't care about Sanji.

Happened three times, actually (and arguably 4 times) : Arlong Park, Arabasta, Enies Lobby and possibly Fishman Island.

has Oda ever had Zoro fight the main antagonist alongside Luffy?

Wouldn't surprise me, to be honest. I still don't trust that this whole 5 vs 2 will be the final set up and King and Queen still feel way too fitting for Zoro and Sanji for me to discard it. If we have some chapters of fight, then something happens that twists the scenario and Zoro opens Kaido scar before or after fighting King, I won't be surprised at all. In fact I find it really weird that Luffy is already having his versus while most of the minor fights haven't even been set up yet; smells fishy as hell.

Yes, Morgan, although that was a very early arc that didn't really have a relevant villain.

Reread the arc. The only reason why Nami put Absalom down was because Sanji had already defeated him while she was unconscious, it is even stated explicitly.

Sanji wasnt there but Zoro vs Pica who was clearly 2nd strongest antagonist on Dressrosa

too add Zoro has never fought main antagonist alongside Luffy, but imo because I think Oda has put more emphasis than usual on WorstGen in Wano i think he will flip the script for this war and it will be 5v2 the whole time

Absalom shouldn't count, Nami is the one who defeated him. Besides, he was only the fourth strongest, as Oars, Moria and Ryuma were stronger than him.
