Crocodile will not work for someone he considers inferior. He has too much pride and it would break his characterization. Crocodile is too cool to join the Kid Pirates. I don't know what manga some of you read.

Kid has no such plan. Luffy and Dragon will destroy the WG and Crocodile will help Luffy as he did in MF. There is no connection between Kid and Crocodile for them to collaborate. I guess Kid and the rest of the SN will support Luffy too, but Kid won't lead anyone outside his crew.
