For all we know both Imu and some of his guys are above Kaido,they are an unknown atm.

It can always happen, cause you never know with Oda and Luffy's clumsiness, but going by on paper abilities it should not be a thing anymore.
He was already splitting the sky before awakening and defeating Kaido. Now he has gotten more used to G5 and he even developed partial G4.
I doubt Shamrock is overall stronger than Luffy, especially with all that recent Sun God talk.
Seems more like a big emphasis is going to be put onto the Sun God fruits.
