Maybe. But I think all of BlackBeard Pirates will be awakened with a shortcut. Shiryu probably got his DF recently too since Moria only went there before Dressrosa(I think). I don't think Shiryu would only use its basic abilities. Same with other BBP, especially most of them aren't Haki masters.

Sabo will awaken his DF making Kaido and BM looks like clowns
