Nah Sanji will be a low top tier leaving Wano. He’ll be soloing an admiral EOS. Jinbe may be low top tier end of series.

• Zoro only landed an attack because Kaido thought Zoro couldn't hurt him.

• Red Roc did more damage
• Base Luffy's punches did more damage
• Anyone could have blocked Hakai
• Zoro only stopped Hakai for one second
• Law rescued Zoro from Hakai

To be honest, I think Kizaru will be the one to fight Zoro, for a multitude of reasons. And he is likely to be the second strongest marine after Akainu.

Admirals are portrayed to be top tiers and relative to the Yonko. Can you all imagine Sanji defeating a Akainu lvl opponent considering his trash portrayal since the timeskip ? His dream is to find All Blue (not to reach peaks of power like Luffy and Zoro) and he spent 2 years cooking and running with okamas, so is he really intended to defeat an Admiral?
