W. He talked a big game to Kuma at Thriller Bark, now's the time to prove himself. Obviously that was a ridiculous claim, but he already saved Kuma from a blow once, now he needs to continue protecting his allies on the island even against Kizaru and Saturn. I expect Sanji to use his speed to clash with Kizaru, and see Ifrit Jambe used.

Perhaps some indication that Sanji needs to take his observation haki to the next level for the sake of building up to Future Sight. We'll see.

I’ve just reread Egghead in the past two weeks

There is nothing pointing to a huge moment for Sanji this arc. He’s not stood out from the rest of the crew in any way and he’s not especially linked or important to the plot of the arc. It’s not been a big Strawhat focused arc at all and Sanji hasn’t done anything to stand out from the rest of the crew. Neither him nor Vegapunk have even alluded to Judge that I recall, which would be the only thing that could elevate Sanji specifically.

The SBS thing which I assume you’re talking about it when Oda explained about the eyebrows, I’m guessing? I can’t remember if there’s something else.

But all that quote says is let’s keep watching. Which means we’ll get more from Sanji at some point, not that it’ll be on Egghead.

Sanji will do something this arc, but there’s been nothing to suggest it’ll be like roofpiece Zoro or anything on that magnitude. The big moments of the arc will come from Kuma’s Egghead team, Luffy, the Ancient Robot and Saturn. They’re the ones the story has been builiding up.

There’s been zero setup. Point to me some actual panels in Egghead suggesting huge things to come for Sanji this arc. Not fan theories

Kizaru wasn't very impressive, Sanji should be able to keep up with him.

I don’t expect anything really of him next chapter. Like some Dressrosa Zoro vs Fujitora clash at the most. Which is good for Sanji, because he’s never had anything good against a top tier, but it’s not exactly exciting compared to things we’ve seen since then from other characters.

The setup will be Regeneration vs exo. Warrior of science vs head of science. And if Zoro fights kizaru then expect Sanji to fight equal opponent.

All Sanji has to do is stall Kizaru until Luffy or Zoro gets there for a major W. He's not beating Kizaru, but looking good in clashes against him and getting an objective win is entirely possible. I'm betting he looks good next chapter.
