Of he removed his suit Queen's massive strikes would most likely hurt like hell. He personally admitted how being hurled by Page One had him experience some pain. That was Canon. Doesn't really matter how he had let himself be hurled as that was it.
Unfortunately. Tis the price that must be paid for a good Sanji fight now. Like it or loath it, the RS and the Vinsmokes is a very important part of Sanji’s character. And is especially relevant in the current fight since Queen knows Judge.
