Marco doesn't seem eager to free Weevil. Leaving would also invite another attack on Sphinx. Who else can Bakkin ask? Pay the Crossguild? Ask old MADS or Rocks colleagues? Will her new captain (Blackbeard) send someone?

Doffy can manipulate Weevil to use brute force (we've seen how strong Ace was even with handcuffs on) to free them both, then maybe others like Senor Pink, and once Doffy is free, it would be pretty easy to escape.

Come on, Hannyabal is no real threat to anyone.
If Doffy is free, he doesn't have to touch Magellan to overcome him. He can use his strings to chop him to pieces before he even knows what's coming. Do you think he's just lying there in his cell not planning his way out?

Interesting about this arc is that 3 plotlines so far have connection to 3 emperors(Shanks, BB and Luffy). And in this arc, Weevil's arrest doesn't seem to have any connection to other plotlines. So maybe all four emperors will be on Egghead Arc so basically Cross Guild.

Cross Guild might be an interesting option.
I always thought Weevil will join them since they were presented, and now it's a good chance.
And Cross Guild needs to make some spectacular action, unless Oda plans to do nothing with them until that great war One Piece will had at the end.

Hannyabal should not be underestimated, Magellan knows Impel Down is in good hands. Doffy gets neg diff’d so it doesn’t really matter if he’s planning one or not
