I’m still betting on them being the Kuma this arc. Big mom will be defeated or killed and they will show up when it happens.

1. They leave and have an internal faction war. With katakuri being on one side and perospreo taking command of another.

2. Bully the alliance after it’s all over and then the healed scabbards+samurai and healed grifters fight them off and run them out of wano

Sadly, unless the Mont d'Or book theory is true as @Chrono said above, the chances of them joining the war are very slim for now. And Oda didn't even find a mediocre reason for them to not be in Wano yet.

peros is planning disobeying his mother. I dont think peros would carry mont Dor book unless BMP is agree with perospero disagreeing alliance of BMP and BP
