Pretty sure they won't catch an Admiral, but I hope they alteast take out someone from one rank under that. Someone else bringing the VA to them, to collect bounty, would also count. Cross Guild don't just attack Marines randomly, whats the point of that? They specifically said they have customers from multiple ''criminal groups''.
Whoever those criminal groups wants them to hunt, they will hunt those Marines for money.
Its like a black market thing.
For example, Doflamingo wanted Fujitora dead, if Cross Guild was around at the time, he would probably pay them to hunt Fujitora. But since Doflamingo is gone, they would need different customers.
Probably the counties who are not allied with the world government, can also pay them to hunt the Marines that causes troubles for them.
If the Revolutionaries and a couple of counties who are not allied with the government, pays them to hunt the Fleet Admiral, that could be interesting, although we know they can't take out the Fleet Admiral since he is always in the base, but if the Revolutionaries attacks them then maybe they could join the battle alongside with them for money.
