I doubt it, the biggest theme of their dynamic is found family. I can see them staying around each other for life but if not, Luffy, Zoro, and Nami are definitely not separating.

Yeah, probably. Can't imagine Usopp not returning to Kaya or Brook leavin Laboon, etc. They're just together to fulfill their dreams in the first place, like any other pirate crew (WB's crew might be an exception).

I think there will be a small time skip and they will get together again for the “epilogue” and that’s how the series ends

It's not like they would disband permanently lol. It's like when you got out of high school or college and you pursue different careers but it's not like you won't meet your friends and peers again.

I don't think they will disband as soon as Luffy get the One Piece especially since Luffy should get it before he even turns 20 at the current pace, he is not just gonna stop being a pirate that early. They will probably keep on being a crew for around 15/20 years or something, live a lot of other adventures. Then eventually they will disband to all live their respective lives. Franky will go back to his bros in water 7, Sanji will go take over Baratie and marry Pudding, Zoro might just move to Wano and marry Hiyori, etc...

Or they might stay together even longer, Whitebeard was a pirate until he died after all and it seems like Roger only disbanded his crew because he was sick. Luffy may never want to do anything else than being a pirate.

Yeah we’ll probably get a 20 or so year timeskip after luffy obtains his final dream and we’ll get an epilogue chapter where everyone is older and living their dreams.
