Do you think that in a future arc near the end of One Piece Impel Down will suffer another big prison break with very important and dangerous prisonners escaping ?
If yes which prisonners could be freed this time ? For what purpose ?
I can only see Doflamingo breaking from ID near the final arc but eventually, he could be killed by the CP0 or either Imu because he could reveal the secret of the national treasure.
Depending what kind of role DD will get from now on.
Hmmm...
I think there can be a jail break
But it will not have an entire arc!
Rather it simply can be revisited through a chapter or two at best.

I heard a nice theory once that Impel down will be infiltrated by Franky in the next time
But here is the scenario:
1- this event will be during the time where the SHs are preparing for the final war against the WG.
2- Each SH will go do their own thing before the big war. Maybe Zoro pay a visit to Mihawk and win the title. Maybe Sanji visits his family for his own reasons or maybe even Zeff...etc!
3-Franky hears of news about Tom actually still being kept alive (from an escaped prisoner during the time Luffy broke many people out). Tom is still being kept there because he's someone who knows fully the blueprints of Pluton in his mind. So, the WG decided to fake his death and imprison him and keep torturing him to build them the Pluton.
4- Franky decides to go on a journey to save Tom-san
5- When Franky infiltrates Impel Down, he will be able to meet "Senor Pink" just like Luffy with Bon-chan. Luffy basically had many prominant members of Barook works be ally during the jail break. This time with Franky, it will be The Donquixote family.
6- I hope Mr. 2 actually manages to survive this time and join them.. and instead, it might be Senor Pink this time who will stay behind to make sure they escape.
7- Mr. 2 Finally meets the SHs when he's free. He deserves it!
And Doffy will play bug part in final war because of his ties to CD.
Franky would have had his moment and dramatic reunion with Senor Pink.
Also, Luffy got out last time with TWO shichibukai.
So maybe Hancock getting captured because of her being former slave, and shichibukai system abolished. That can make Franky's escape with "Doffy and Hancock" this time
There will be a prison break, but we won't get an arc dedicated to it. Maybe a few chapters at most. Bonclay is certainly going to take hold of Ivankov's original mission of creating chaos in Impel Down "at the right moment". Either in a bid to raise the stakes against Magellen or through accident, I see Doflamingo and any other inmate in his floor being released.
There most likely will be a Prison Break bt we might hear about it in the Newspaper later on, after everything had happened.
Bt there's also needs to be some Big power that can cause Impel Down Prison Break like last time Teach decided to form a crew from worst criminals.
Franky or someone like that can't make it happen.
I think the Prison Break would be caused by Magellan vs Cp0/ CDs assasins fight.
Doffy, Mr2 n some other Prisoners could escape this time.
I wonder if a prison break could be indirectly caused by Luffy in absentia - like, the SHGF takes it upon themselves to liberate his/their allies in advance of the Final War and inadvertently free a bunch of other malcontents. It’s gonna happen one way or another, but I also don’t think there will be an entire arc (or more than a chapter or two) dedicated to it.

It would be hilarious if a mass escaped occurred during the final war is taking place and the Pirate side would get a huge unexpected boost all from nothing
