Speculations Will this be the final of the series?

I have a little speculation when I reading that last chapter:

Could be that World Government wants to attract Blackbeard and strawhats to go against him. Vivi(Strawhats) and Sabo(Blackbeard).
Why I think's in this way,because WG wants to destroy both so they will start a war against them and after will put both to confronts in Laugh Tale, but this will occur the exactly opposite a will make the victory Pirate king(Luffy) and he will learn about(what Roger learns in this chapter) probably the void century, so he will make a alliance with representatives of the D's clan(Dragon,Law and Blackbeard) against the World government occurs the war that will involve the globe.

D's representatives and his allies vs World government and his allies.

So in the end Luffy will become the king of the world(he will complete what Roger couldn't)

I think they probably know that luffy and blackbeard are going to fight each other at some point but they might want to start their cleansing before they grow too much.

The reason i thing this because of the Mera, when he learns about the incident he says "I don't want in their hands" something like that.

That would mean sabo got captured, we saw what happened to whitebeard and his crew when they tried to rescue ace, I don't think blackbeard will risk such a big fight just to get the mera.
It's probably more related to one of the ancient weapons.
