Speculations Will Usopp Awaken CoC?

Usupp's lies come to reality now someone might dissagree and say just one time lying about coc doesn't guarantee anything and they would be right if it was just one time
Since his introduction Usupp has been lying about having 8000 men
In his introduction, in Dressrosa, to his buddy Chopper and...
This is something that will come to reality most likely in Elbaf with him leading an 8000 men Giant army since that is supposed to be his arc
Celestial did a good job explaining Usupp's will and didn't leave much for me but i just like to add 1 thing
Usupp is the only strawhat that has a dream related to will power
Usupp is a character as weak as possible facing enemies far stronger than himself and having to solely depend on his own willpower to overcome them and hopefully reach a place where his willpower is strong enough that no matter how great the dangers are he will not be scared

usopp is literally the only person on the straw hats who should have it aside from Luffy. Usopp = the Silvers Rayleigh of the crew.
-He's luffy's cornerman and best friend on the crew, he's a born leader, he's the bravest person on the crew (as in, he's not charging in because he has no fear, like Luffy or Zoro, he knows EXACTLY how dangerous everything is and is terrified but does it anyway because he's got enormous willpower),
- he's literally the vice captain, he handles a lot of actual captain duties. Usopp designed the Straw Hats flag, motivates the crew, gives speeches, negotiates with people, is the main battle tactician, etc
- he picks up the slack on every role and makes everyone around him stronger. he invented nami's clima-tact, he was the shipwright before they had a shipwright, the helmsman before there was a helmsman, hes the lookout as well as one of the best snipers in the world, etc
