how would coc magically let people counter toon force? Coc is a powerboost, it will let characters hurt gear 5 but it doesnt have anything to do with being able to read and counter gear 5's moveset. If anything it should be observation haki that would help someone to be able to read and dodge luffys unpredictable moves

If we do see it to anyone else who is not linked to the void century like imu etc we will see oda on the news at 8pm attacked and flogged unconscious with cane for writing bullshit for 25 years

Oda has the habit to add capabilities to Haki out of nowhere. Until the fight with Kaido only CoA could be coated but now CoC can also so who knows.
