With the current chapter, the marines basically have confirmation that Vegapunk's method of cloning a mythical zoan was a success. This means that they could now use this method to clone more mythical zoans. Could we now perhaps see an artificial daibutsu devil fruit, made from sengoku's lineage factors?

I think that if so, there's a decent chance it will be given to sentomaru, or perhaps Coby.

I think so, and there's also a high chance we'll see artificial Paramecia and Logia, which I think is the thing the SSG achieved. But I expect to see the Daibutsu DF at the hands of characters like Burgess, Koby will likely be the next Garp and remain DFless.
