Powers & Abilities Will weaker characters like Sanji unlocking ACoC devalue ACoC?

I don’t agree entirely but i don’t think your stance is far off. Either way I’m basically saying that this ability should be reserved for that tier that you have WB in.
The problem is we know it isn’t because characters like Yamato have it. That starts to take away its value. I don’t want it to become like CoA for top tiers if you understand what I’m saying.
But I guess the difference is how strong your ACoC is will be the determining factor so maybe it doesn’t even matter because those at the very top will just be better at it.

Now it's weird you're defensive and heated because I said it's weird you're baiting for attention. Bit of an overreaction in tone, and a weak deflection, but I'll leave you to it. Clearly you need this to get through your day. 
And when did I ever say I'm against Gaban having CoC?
My problem lies with Gaban and Sanji Powers don't allign at all.
Gaban is using Axe and Haki , Whereas Sanji is more reliant on Exoskeleton and Fire conjuring.
Even in Wano , when Both luffy and Zoro got Ryou , Sanji got Raid suit.
When they got AdCoC , Sanji got Exoskeleton.
In what world , Sanji would immediately unlock the most rare form of Haki when he doesn't even use it Zoro , Luffy or even Gaban does.
My problem lies with Gaban and Sanji Powers don't allign at all.
Gaban is using Axe and Haki , Whereas Sanji is more reliant on Exoskeleton and Fire conjuring.
Even in Wano , when Both luffy and Zoro got Ryou , Sanji got Raid suit.
When they got AdCoC , Sanji got Exoskeleton.

I see more like completley annihilating her identity, living the life of a dead man, even asking the oraphan son of said character to call her as his beloved and murdered father.
I legit see Yamato as those mythomaniacs who think they are Elvis Presely or Jim Morrison and asks others to call them Elvis or Jim.

This logic doesn't really work though. No one said their fighting styles have to be exactly the same
Roger is a top tier swordsman without a fruit while Luffy is a top tier brawler more like Garp that also has a mythical zoan

I'm not saying Sanji is guaranteed to awaken CoC. We don't even know if Gaban has it
All I'm saying is you're clearly denying that haki is a big part of Sanji's growth as a fighter as well
He specifically highlights his armament as one of the major reasons why he's able to form Ifrit Jambe
If his haki improves then naturally his flames will improve as well. They're linked in canon
