It would be so like Oda to give an intro box to a irrelevant character because he is so forgettable
He legit only does that with 1 arc bad guys. Because readers don't care to remember their names.

He will... But in his own grandiose time... Remember when an intro box was shown when Luffy got a billion bounty? Or when Jinbe arrived in Wano showing that he's the SH helmsman and has 438M bounty? Perhaps Zoro gets his own during his duel vs. Mihawk... Like when Pedro and Tamago clashed...
