As I’ve said before, Smoothie will have a grandiose struggle with a sliding shoji this time:
A door like this figures to be too tough for Smoothie to be able to focus on anyone else.
On a serious note, Smoothie should have nothing to do with whatever Oda has Zoro’s sights on, which is one of the Calamities / Samurais on Orochi’s side. I also doubt Oda would have an extended Zoro fight with a character Oda couldn’t even find the time to utilize back in WCI.

I prefer that all of "Kidd/Law and Luffy" take out a number by oneshot... instead of taking out one of the 4 commanders that exist in enemy forces!
Leave the commanders to people WHO WILL NOT fight and clash with Kaido and Big Mom
Kidd can have his warm up against a more fitting character like "Apoo" who betrayed him

Changed my mind about match up... it will be like this:
1- Luffy/Zoro/Asura Douji/Denjiro vs Kaido
2- Kidd/Law/Jinbe/Killer vs Big Mom
3- Marco vs King
4- Sanji/Drake vs Queen
5- Inu/Neku vs Jack
6- Brook/Chopper/Nami vs Smoothie
7- Franky + Robin vs Toppi Roppo + Giant Number
8- Usopp vs Montdor
9- Usopp + Otama vs ALL SMILE USERS
10- Hawkins vs Apoo (AFTER Apoo and Hawkins return from their defeat from Kidd and Law... Hawkins is on our side of course.. Apoo still an enemy)
11- Carrot + Shisilian OR Wanda vs Perospero (OR all three against Perospero.. avenging Pedro)
12- Smoker vs Daifuku (when marines show up)
13- Kinemon vs Kanjuro
14- Raizo vs Fokorokojo
15- Kiku and Izo (brotherly touching team up) vs Toppi Ropp + Giant Number
16- Other irrelevant characters will clash with other irrelevant characters

Apoo isn't trash... and if Killer deals with him because he's trash... that makes Killer a Trash + level
Kidd will wipe the floor with Apoo before facing Kaido
The same way Law wiped the floor with hawkins
And then both hawkins and Apoo will return to the game later... and Hawkins will choose our side.. while Apoo stay as villain... and both will clash
