Future Events Will Zoro have a Clash/Fight/Confrontation with Yamato?

#1
Will Yamato being the "Heir" to Oden's will, keeper of his journal, and the only "true" Samurai in Wano not part of the Allies. Do you think Yamato will have a Clash with Zoro has his fight for the Arc? With Zoro in possession of one of Oden's Swords and his sexist nature about Women not being strong or to fight them seriously. Could we see Yamato have a fight with him over the sword.
1) If Yamato has spent the last twenty years modelling herself after Oden, reading his journal and training to be as strong as him. She will be able to instantly recognize one of his Swords.
(Possibly even wanting to test Zoro to see if he's worthy of it).
2) Zoro's sexist additude about men and women, may enrage her or prevent him from taking the clash seriously, resulting in an injury.
3) Having Wano end without a Sword fight with a "True" Samurai would be a complete let down.
4) It would be a good way to see some if not all of Yamato's strength.
5) Depending on the battle we may get to see Zoro flashback to his training with Mihawk, and more of his Haki.

Even for a fandom notorious for coming up with some truly bizarre shit, this feels like a reach. Yamato is an ally, and Zoro has plenty of other viable options to do everything you said. Besides, she and him are eventually going to be crew mates, so they can’t have a serious clash now :wellwell:

I dont think so, since yamato and luffy are allies I doubt she will go after Zoro for having Enma.

I agree on point number 3, which is also why i wish orochi was a master swordsman not some fodder.

Number 5 will 100000% happen, he's trying to turn a blade black
I Don't mind Orochi isn't the "Strongest" fighter, because being more of a tactician, is a bit of a change for One Piece.
If Yamato was a man I think the fight would have a better shot of happening, but more of a clash of Samurai to let Zoro do something for the Arc against a Samurai that's actually strong and could give him a challenge.

I do wish there was a main antagonist Samurai that zoro could have fought, but it's shaping to be him vs king which i cant wait to get my popcorn ready for

King vs Zoro seems the most likely at this point, sadly.
Hope it's better than Zoro vs Pica if you can even call it a fight.
Zoro toying with Pica aint a fight, it was very clear that zoro was far superior

King will definitely not dissapoint, King's sword has a very similar guard to the wado, interested to see if oda will write a connection between that.

Issue is we truly dont know how strong zoro's haki is and how strong zoro truly is as well

As @bennbeckman said, number 5 will 100% happen at some point during Wano.

As for Yamato, at best, expect an interaction between the two regarding Enma but probably nothing more that is awfully meaningful.
Agreed, Yamato was not shown wielding a sword, i think the samurai covered the enma part with kinemon saying what he said to zoro and what kawamatsu told zoro as well
