Zoro already had a moment pretty much the same as Sanji's, and it was so much better.

Just a few chapters ago, him getting the antidote from Apoo while looking like a boss, trusting Chopper with it and motivating him with "That's our doctor". He can do all that while looking bad ass, not a trashy ass, crying little bitch like Sanji.

He trusted Chopper with something he can't do.

He hasn't so blatant weaknesses he will need to rely on other SH in a fights anyway if there is the need he will for sure. In the end every SH on the ship is countinuosly betting his life on Nami's skills as a navigator, Franky's skills as a shipbuilder. If they need treatment they trust Chopper as a doctor and so on. Was there the need of this kind of thread to try to make Sanji look better than Zoro?

Zoro basically most likely never seriously lacked trust in his crew or else he would most likely not be there anymore overall. Given how his personality is.

When Zoro got captured by Morgans or back in Fishman Island, he get a free pass but when Sanji got trapped by his own will, people start shitting on him. It's a double standards. But who cares anyway? Zoro already trusted Franky to take bullets for him and trust Chopper to take care of the dome and Sanji already got out and moved on. No need to look back now.
