Zoro's bandana already accomplishes this. As we can see the color of Zoro's bandana and Ushimaru's scarf are colored identically to the color of their hair. Zoro doesn't need a scarf, but rather his bandana needs to be more pronouned in his design as it was in the Pre-TS.

This is only one more item on the ever-growing, long list of reasons why Zoro was a superior character before his Fraudhawk island retreat.
