Only scenario Zoro is facing Kaido again: Luffy lost against him and raid failed. Zoro gets back Shusui thrown that shit Enma away at sea so no one ever be nerfed again as he was. With Shusui, adv armament and conqueror he one shots Kaido and reveals he already had took the title from Mihawk during timeskip that is why Mihawk don't show up as Strongest Swordman at 957.

Zoro will return stronger at the end of the arc (I think Enma will be turned black before hand but thatโ€™s just personal theory) and heโ€™ll use another attack and this time his attack will knock Kaido to the ground like he wanted for his last attack for Luffy to finish him

This is my simplified take on the chances Zoro will match up Kaido again:

Zoro will presumably be the one to kill Kaido. Luffy never killed characters advertently, and Oda has been portraying Kaido's words "perfection can only be found with death" probably for a reason in that so specific, and also Zoro's specific declaration himself. And all those experiments Kaido conducted on his own body. Put all elements together.

Luffy declaring "I got this" was presumably a circumstantial matter linked to Zoro's poor physical conditions. He would most likely not have spelled those had Zoro stood substantially healthier.

If Kaido manages to resist Luffy's assault enough time before Zoro returns to the battlefield to check what's occurring (cause he presumably would) and/or Big Mom helps Kaido out, we could most likely see this coming to fruition at long last.

The scenario where Kaido is defeated and only later Zoro still cuts his head off strikes as less likely for me now, but that also has to be accounted.

Kaido dying is trick. Luffy has that bullshit of never killing his opponents but breaking their dreams(bullshit, many times that don't happened). Also Kaido himself wants to die, killing him is fulfilling his dream so the best option is leaving Kaido alive.

I believe black blades are end gaming only. So far only 2 sword in manga are black blade so shouldn't be that easy to turn them.

I think black blades Involve the will inside the blades as such I think Enma will be blackened when Orochi is defeated since Oden was blocked from that years ago.

The Wado Ichimonji will probably blacken once Zoro defeats Mihawk

his final sword I have no clue.

But Zoro leaving wano without a supreme grade would be a little disappointin to mr
