If someone needed this chapter to understand they legit may qualify for disabled benefits ngl, this was clear the first time they appeared in 1154 @Roo
Its too easy. Next step is also gonna be what i predicted, sword scholar bros are gonna write essay how the non-swordsman is the swordsman wing, im already laughing at the desperationAbsolute morons
How did I come to this conclusion? It's 223m between Kaido and BM. If you imagine the gap being the same between WB-Shiki-Kaido-BM then Shiki lands at 4823-4834 depending on if you add or subtract 223 (and if there are any good number puns).
Very fitting bounty for Shiki that rivaled and competed with WB, Sengoku, Garp and Roger but fell slightly short of that 5B level.
If he failed to reach his prime, which is likely compared to WB/Kaido/BM then he could well "only" have had a 2-3B bounty because he never stuck around to become a yonko with territories.
They don't act as wings like Rayleigh & Gaban or Zoro & Sanji do for their respective captains. However, they clearly are Xebec's strongest crewmates.
I liken Zoro to WB and Sanji to Shiki.
Zoro-Whitebeard:
- Holders of Sekai Saikyō titles (in the future for Zoro)
- Wielders of Supreme Grade Meito (in the future for Zoro)
- Both favor alcohol (WB's favorite food is also alcohol)
- Either the strongest or the second strongest in their respective crews
- Similar simplicity in nature
- Whitebeard-N/A-Mihawk-Zoro
Sanji-Shiki:
- Colored epithets: Black Leg & Golden Lion
- Both were imprisoned and survived storms
- Third strongest in their respective crews
- Tactical schemers
- Shiki-Shiryu-Crocodile-Sanji
The scheming Crocodile lost to the attack Gomu Gomu no Storm and was imprisoned afterward. Shiryu, the former head jailer turned prisoner of Impel Down, wields a blade named Raiu, which means "thunderstorm." Go figure.
Rocks' crew didn't have wing. Whitebeard, Big Mom, and Shiki eventually became Roger's rivals. You could just say Rocks was their captain. There was no such thing as a deputy, right-hand man, or left-hand man.

Does it work with something like 3.024? WB likely didn't hit 5.046 until he became a yonko, WSM, drew with Roger and gained a lot of territory. Shiki was locked up long before that right? So I dont think he ever hit his max.

Do you think either would die for their captain without hesitation?
If the answer is no they don’t meet the most basic requirement to be a Wing.
More importantly, Blackbeard’s ambitions are far greater than becoming Pirate King, and I don’t think a ruthless operative like him has it him to even want Wings, never mind the ability to inspire that level of loyalty.
